Banking & Corporate Finance Law Conference - presented by LexisNexis NZ

Presented by LexisNexis NZ Ltd. There are a number of legislative issues and challenges currently facing Banking and Corporate Finance Practitioners and Advisers - in particular, changes to financial advisers legislation and the introduction of a super-regulator - the Financial Markets Authority (due 2011). The purpose of this conference is to provide an update on changes and developments in the financial sector, including topical banking, insurance, investment and superannuation issues.
